There is also a sheltered inner courtyard and an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. Le Brat, the former farmhouse, has been transformed into a stylish holiday home using beautiful reclaimed materials. The contemporary, personalized decor enhances the house's charm. The ground floor is covered with elegant stone flooring. Exposed stonework, an old stone sink, period furniture, and modern decorative paintings enrich the space. There are two dining tables—one indoors and one outdoors—for 8 guests, plus a living room with a superb fireplace and antique engravings. A designer wooden staircase leads to bright bedrooms with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the spacious living room and kitchen (35 m²) have beautiful tiled floors. The kitchen opens onto the summer dining area. The living room boasts a superb fireplace. Family medallions, period engravings, and antique furniture add charm. Thick walls keep the rooms cool and private. There is also a separate WC with period fittings and a washbasin. An original staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first double bedroom (180x200) has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, and double sinks.
